I have had a Riester contract with Allianz since 2013, no children, retirement in 22 years. What applies if I transfer it into an Altersvorsorgedepot?

These rules apply to your details: your contract is older than five years, so Allianz may not charge switching costs. The new provider may charge at most €150. All allowances received so far are kept. In the transfer year the transferred balance is not subsidised again; ongoing contributions are. Allianz does not have to consent to the transfer. Without children, the old system’s child allowance is not a factor.
